How long have you been in business?
Crafty Yankee has been in Lexington since 1980! We began as a local holiday craft venue and grew into a dynamic artisan shop with thousands of loyal customers.
What is your primary product or service?
We feature distinctive artisan gifts, unique jewelry and creative fashion accessories at prices that fit everyone's budget. Our extensive gift and jewelry selections accommodate all ages and tastes, from traditional to contemporary. For every person, every event, you'll find something special at Crafty Yankee.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have spent my entire professional life in the exciting world of retail. I began my career in the department store venue and now find more enjoyment in the more personal environment of a specialty store in my home town.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In addition to presenting unique gifts and jewelry, Crafty Yankee supports community charitable efforts and the local creative performing arts. We call our focus the 3 C's....Customers, the Community and local Charities.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location and enjoy all that this venue offers. No plans for expansion.

From MA Route 128, take Exit 31A, which becomes Rte 2 and 225. Follow EAST 1.7 miles, past the famous Lexington battle green. Crafty Yankee is on the right next to the Cary Memorial Library
