In 1966 while stationed in Okinawa, RI, I received my first massage and fell in love with its benefits immediately and knew that some day I would like to give this gift to others.I have been pyhsically active my whole life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Certainly the title of my business says it all. I am very out spoken and enjoy poking fun at people's misconceptions about the profession. Yet, I take great pride in the serious therapeutic aspects of this unique and often misunderstood profession. "Whoever heard of a Marine combat veteran who becomes a massage therapist?" To which I reply: "I used to hurt 'em, now I heal 'em."
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I operated a clinic for 12years, but now I do out-calls only. Could it be any more convenient?
