We empower the economically disadvantaged in Greater Boston through self-employment, skill development, and vehicles for expression. By creating forums, including independent media, we reshape public perception of poverty and homelessness. We publish Spare Change News as a member of the international street paper community (www.street-papers.org); the paper is sold on the street by those in need of income.
