How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In the 1980's I worked for my brother as the manager of his glass business. I moved to Colorado Springs in 1991 and managed a sporting goods business. An opportunity to purchase and own a glass business back in Massachusetts enticed me to return to Massachusetts to own and operate this glass company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service and the quality of our workmanship. Our goal for any project we undertake is a finished project that we can be proud of and one which meets our customer's expectations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location from which we provide our services to over 25 communities. We are a growing business but we do not plan to open any other locations.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept personal and business checks. We accept VISA, MC, DISCOVER, and AMEX credit cards. We accept cash.
Which areas do you service?
Mostly Metro West Boston Communities including (Hopkinton, Ashland, Southboro, Medfield, Holliston, Sudbury, Wayland, Weston, Lincoln, Waltham, Newton (all sections), Wellesley, Needham, Dover, Sherborn, Westwood, Natick, Millis, Westboro). We do occasionally take on projects outside of our standard service area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
This business is managed by the company president and his younger brother.
What are your hours of operation?
Our facility in Framingham, MA is open Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. We are usually open on Saturday's for 4 hours but the hrs. of operation on Saturday's vary week to week. We check our e-mails and voice mail regularly.
