I worked for Xerox for approximately 10 years, selling to copy and print shops. This brought me to the point that I wanted my own printing business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We differentiate ourselves by constantly looking at new technology and concentrating on customer service and quality. We survey our customers frequently to find out not only how we are doing, but also what more we can do to meet their needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. With today's web and social media it does not matter where you are. People will find you if you have the proper site and media.

We are located at 27 Industrial Ave, Unit 4A, Chelmsford,Ma 01824. Easily accessed form Rte 3 or 495.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash,credit cards and checks
Which areas do you service?
Primarily the east coast but have customers as far away as California. So yo might say all of the United States and occasionally Europe
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Maxine Derby is President. I ( Peter Derby) am Vice President and in charge of sales and daily operations
What are your hours of operation?
8:30-5pm Monday through Friday longer if customer requires.
