How long have you been in business?
I founded Investment Property Specialists, Inc. in 1985.
In 2007, I sold the company and had hoped to remain there. Instead, I left and joined Metrowest Commercial R.E., a firm founded by Eric Brosler, who worked with me at IPS for as Vice President for over 22 years.
I have been a commercial r.e. broker for 33 years in Metrowest.
What is your primary product or service?
Sale and leasing of commercial, industrial, retail, office properties and land.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 1983, I decided to invest in real estate and wanted to learn more, so I studied and passed the exam for my broker's license. My first job was with Vernon Martin, a residential firm. I listed a business for sale and fell in love with commercial real estate and left the residential field.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My reputation in the industry is flawless. Honesty, integrity and devotion, as well as always putting my client's needs before anything else has always brought business to me. I have supported many of the non-profits in the area and served on many Boards, including Chair of the Metrowest Chamber of Commerce, Framingham Downtown Renaissance ( FDR ) & the Framingham History Center.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Metrowest Commercial Real Estate is located in Southboro. Personally, I plan to work another 5 -10 years, but who knows what the future will bring.

Our Office Manager Tania works 9 - 5:00 Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9 - 2:00 pm on Tuesday. On Fridays the office is usually manned, but calling first to drop off or pick up anything is suggested.
