GROUP THERAPY
Many people have difficulties being in close relationships; yet closeness and intimacy are what bring us the most joy and satisfaction in life. This group -- for both men and women -- allows members to discuss their relational difficulties and discover through interactions with their peers how to have healthy and enriching relationships. For some, their personal struggles with depression or anxiety have made it difficult to create rich relationships. Many members find that there is a direct relationship between their depression and anxiety and the amount and quality of their connection with others.

Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
More than 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
I help individuals, couples, families and groups deal with difficult situations through counseling and psychotherapy. Many people simply are not as happy as they want to be, but have a hard time making the changes in their life to get there.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've long been fascinated with all aspects of the human growth process -- physically, emotionally, socially -- and I enjoy helping people continue their growth in any areas that they find themselves stuck.
