How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
All our faculty have been on the faculty at Harvard, and we decided to work together to provide customized in-house programs for healthcare organizations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do a needs assessment before beginning a program to make sure we use appropriate materials (many others have "canned" programs), we focus on physician managers and leaders, and we receive outstanding evaluations for our programs.

One in Cambridge. No plans to expand.
