How long have you been in business?
I have been cleaning carpets for 34 years. I have been in business for 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
I do carpet and upholstery cleaning for residential and some commercial environments.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for another company and liked working with people and being able to do a job and see an immediate result.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have specialized experience in stain removal and in urine de-contamination. I have actually taught spotting and odor control for one of the most highly regarded manufacturers in the industry. What I do in regular cleaning is really a step above what most cleaners do. Everything is vacuumed as the first step of the cleaning. In carpet cleaning, most furniture is moved. All spots and stains are treated. I am certified in more than a dozen categories of cleaning and restoration. so I have the education and training to go along with the experience to guarantee a quality job. This is NOT a quickie cleaning, but rather a deep cleaning done to exceed published standards.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks and cash.
Which areas do you service?
I service MetroWest, primarily Acton, Ashland, Concord, Dedham, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Lincoln, Marlboro, Medfield, Medway, Millis, Natick, Needham, Newton, Sherborn, Shrewsbury, Stow, Sudbury, Wayland, Wellesley, Westboro and Weston, but I can also go to other surrounding towns. I have clients as far north as Gloucester and as far south as Harwichport.
