How long have you been in business?
We have been been in business since 1993.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide residential interior and exterior painting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked painting homes during summers in college and started my own business shortly thereafter.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I spend considerably more time getting familiar with a client's concerns before beginning a bid. Each project is slightly different, and those variations are essential to understand to I get the specifications correct for each person.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We do about a hundred projects each year and have no interest in expanding. The measure of a business is not in its growth. It's in its clients satisfaction and return rate.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks.
Which areas do you service?
We service Acton, Boxborough, Harvard, Westford, Littleton, Carlisle, Concord, Sudbury, Lincoln, and Wayland, and a few other towns on request.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ed Norris.
What are your hours of operation?
My painters generally work between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and I accept phone calls until 9:30 or 10 p.m.
